VAi SWIM 2022 PHOTOSHOOT

Co‑led the creative direction for a full‑scale photoshoot campaign for a startup brand, VAI Swim, overseeing location scouting, creative development, model casting, fittings, and on‑set art direction. Built and managed the production team and operational workflows, while helping the founder handle all administrative tasks including contracts, scheduling, and vendor coordination, ensuring a seamless end‑to‑end execution.

This campaign also included an influencer giveaway collab, where the content was used for social media and Meta ads campaigns, resulting in an increase in followers, subscribers, and revenue. The video was the top-performing ad for three years in a row.
